Welcome to BDM Business Group (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders and services provided by BDM Business Group to clients located in the United States. By placing an order, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
BDM Business Group specializes in the production of custom-branded promotional products, such as t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, hats, and other items customized with your business logo or approved artwork.
2. Ordering Process
To ensure accuracy and quality, clients must:
Submit a high-resolution business logo (preferably vector or PNG format).
Review and approve a digital mockup before production.
Meet any specified minimum order quantities.
Make full payment before production begins.
Once a mockup is approved, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
3. Production & Shipping
Standard production time is 7–15 business days after mockup approval and full payment.
Shipping times vary by location and shipping method selected.
BDM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions).
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payment must be made in full before production starts.
Accepted payment methods include Credit / Debit Cards
Custom pricing may vary based on order size, item type, and branding complexity.
5. Returns & Refunds
All products are custom-made and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable unless:
There is a manufacturing defect, or
An error was made by BDM Business Group.
To request a replacement or correction:
Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Include clear photos showing the defect or error.
Approved replacements will be issued at no additional cost.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Ensuring you have the legal rights to use any logos or designs submitted.
Providing accurate, complete, and high-resolution branding assets.
Verifying all order details before approval.
BDM is not responsible for errors related to incorrect artwork or information provided by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos and artwork submitted remain the property of the client. By providing your logo, you grant BDM Business Group permission to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We may showcase completed custom products in our marketing (e.g., website, social media) unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business, income, or reputation.
9. Privacy Policy
Client information is kept confidential and used only for order fulfillment, communication, and internal recordkeeping. We do not share or sell your personal or business data to third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
